XJ INTL HLDGS's rights issue received 64.9% valid acceptance

XJ INTL HLDGS (01765.HK) announced the results of its rights issue, receiving valid acceptances for a total of 444 million shares, equivalent to approximately 64.9% of the total offered. The remaining 240 million shares were not successfully allocated. The total amount raised from the rights issue is HKD 89 million, with a net amount of HKD 87.4 million, intended to be used for the repayment obligations of convertible bonds
