Tomson Group Limited Reports 6.55x Increase in Net Profit for First Half of 2025, Driven by Shanghai Property Sales; EPS Rises to 35.96 HK Cents

Tomson Group Limited reported a net profit of HK$782.2 million for the first half of 2025, a 6.55x increase from HK$103.7 million in 2024. Basic earnings per share rose to 35.96 HK cents from 5.03 HK cents. The property development segment was the main contributor, with a profit of HK$1,630.2 million, reversing a loss of HK$28.2 million in 2024, driven by sales from the Tomson Foresta project in Shanghai. The company did not declare an interim dividend, consistent with the previous year.
