Beijing releases salary data report, with the median annual salary for artificial intelligence technology exceeding 310,000

Recently, the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau released the "2025 Beijing Human Resources Market Salary Data Report." Survey data shows that in 2024, salary levels across various industries are exhibiting differentiated growth trends, with strategic emerging industries represented by integrated circuits, new generation information technology, intelligent/high-end manufacturing, digital economy, new energy, and intelligent connected vehicles continuing to lead in salary levels. The transportation/logistics and catering/accommodation sectors, among other life service industries, are maintaining stable growth in salaries. A review of the "Report" by reporters found that among emerging industries, the median annual salary for artificial intelligence engineering technicians reached 312,684 yuan, the median annual salary for big data engineering technicians reached 316,388 yuan, the median annual salary for automotive application engineering technicians reached 296,955 yuan, and the median annual salary for artificial intelligence trainers reached 181,023 yuan
