The Equipment Industry Division of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology organized the National Automotive Standardization Technical Committee to develop the mandatory national standard "Safety Technical Requirements for Automotive Door Handles" and three amendments to mandatory national standards. A draft for public consultation has been formed, and opinions from all sectors of society are now being solicited. The deadline for feedback is November 22, 2025
