BANK OF GANSU: Liu Jian appointed as non-executive director
Gansu Bank announced that Mr. Liu Jian has been appointed as a non-executive director, and Mr. Li Zongyi and Mr. Qiu Yongpan have been appointed as independent non-executive directors. This appointment has been approved by the Gansu Financial Regulatory Bureau, with a term starting from September 19, 2025, until the end of the fourth board of directors' term, and they may be re-elected upon expiration
According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, BANK OF GANSU (02139) has recently received approval from the Gansu Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Supervisory Administration. The Gansu Financial Regulatory Bureau has approved Mr. Liu Jian as a non-executive director of the bank, and Mr. Li Zongyi and Mr. Qiu Yongpan as independent non-executive directors of the bank.
Mr. Liu Jian's term as a non-executive director, and Mr. Li Zongyi and Mr. Qiu Yongpan's terms as independent non-executive directors will commence from September 19, 2025 (the date of approval of their qualifications) until the expiration of the term of the bank's fourth board of directors, and they may be re-elected upon the expiration of their terms
