DYNASTY WINES: Dynasty Jiangsu and Yancheng Tiangong Construction Engineering have signed a construction engineering agreement
DYNASTY WINES announced that it has signed a construction engineering agreement with Yancheng Tiangong Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., involving the construction of a winery in Jiangsu, with a contract amount of 22.3262 million yuan. The contractor will be responsible for building a winery, warehouse, office building, and sewage treatment facilities located in Yancheng, Jiangsu Province. This move will help DYNASTY WINES expand its product line and promote high-quality development
According to the announcement from Dynasty Wines (00828), on September 25, 2025 (after the trading session of the Stock Exchange), the Group's non-wholly-owned subsidiary Dynasty Jiangsu entered into a construction agreement with the contractor Yancheng Tiangong Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. The contractor will provide construction services for the Jiangsu winery, at a cost of RMB 22.3262 million.
The contractor will act as the general contractor, responsible for constructing the factory buildings, warehouses, office buildings, and wastewater treatment facilities for the production of yellow wine and Chenpi wine in the construction area located in the Dongtai Green Food Industrial Park, Sancang Town, Dongtai City, Yancheng, Jiangsu Province, China (the construction project).
The main products produced by the Group are red and white wines made from grapes. However, yellow wine and Chenpi wine will be produced using glutinous rice. Therefore, upon the completion of the construction project, the Group will be able to effectively expand its product range, achieving a significant strategic move for high-quality development in the wine industry
