Guotai Haitong Securities Asset Management's 60 funds will be renamed starting September 29

Guotai Haitong Asset Management's latest announcement shows that the company's publicly offered securities investment funds will change their fund names starting from September 29, 2025. The core of the name change is to unify the original "Guotai Junan" prefix to "Guotai Haitong," while the fund codes for each fund will remain unchanged. This renaming involves a total of 60 funds, including 56 non-public REITs funds and 4 public REITs funds. It is reported that Guotai Haitong Asset Management completed the industrial and commercial change registration on July 25, 2025, and the company's legal name has been changed from "Shanghai Guotai Junan Securities Asset Management Co., Ltd." to "Shanghai Guotai Haitong Securities Asset Management Co., Ltd."
