The "Yayingfeng" name for the PCPD Central project in Hong Kong offers 99 units primarily featuring three-bedroom or larger layouts

PCPD (00432.HK) and CSI PROPERTIES (00497.HK) have officially named their jointly developed old contract residential project at 3 to 6 Gage Street, Central, as "Yaying Peak," offering 99 units, primarily featuring three-bedroom or larger layouts. The project will launch soft sales in the short term.

PCPD's Sales and Marketing Director, Chan Wai Chi, stated that Mid-Levels Central is a traditional luxury residential area, where new residential supply has always been scarce, and some luxury properties are older and lack amenities such as resident clubs or parking facilities. Yaying Peak is just a few minutes' walk from the core business district of Central and the MTR station, which is believed to attract financial talents working in Central and Admiralty, as well as families living in The Peak and Mid-Levels Central for investment or self-occupation
