On the afternoon of September 27, the main forum of the 2025 World New Energy Vehicle Conference - "NEV50@2025: Diverse Paths and Collaborative Development" was held in Haikou. Xiong Jijun, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, stated that efforts will be made to further expand market consumption, implement a new round of stable growth work plans for the automotive industry, and optimize preferential measures such as vehicle purchase tax and vessel tax for new energy vehicles. Additionally, the management system will be further improved, and a sound access management system for combined assisted driving and autonomous vehicles will be established.
