Industrial production of silicon-based quantum chips achieves over 99% fidelity
According to a report in the latest issue of Nature, Diraq, a quantum technology startup from the University of New South Wales in Australia, has collaborated with the European Microelectronics Research Center to demonstrate that the fidelity of silicon-based quantum chips produced in semiconductor factories can exceed 99%, comparable to that made in laboratory environments. This breakthrough marks a key step towards "practical scale" for quantum computers
