DFS, SC's MCPC hold 40-hour mediation training for DRT, PSU executives

The Department of Financial Services (DFS) and the Supreme Court's Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee (MCPC) conducted a 40-hour mediation training for Debts Recovery Tribunals (DRTs) and public sector bank executives from September 24-28, 2025. The program aimed to enhance dispute resolution through mediation, covering topics like mediation concepts, ADR methods, communication techniques, and the roles of various participants. Special focus was given to cases under the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993, and the SARFAESI Act, 2002.
