LEAPMOTOR: Business is being enforced due to contract disputes and is actively negotiating for a proper resolution
Leapmotor (09863.HK) issued a statement saying that it is aware of reports regarding the company being enforced due to business disputes, and that the company is currently operating normally.
The statement also mentioned that the report involves a contract dispute between Leapmotor and Guangzhou Shouqi Automobile Service. Leapmotor has fully paid the total amount of RMB 3.6181 million within the performance period specified in the mediation agreement on June 25, 2024. Regarding the unresolved vehicle transfer matters, Leapmotor is actively negotiating with Guangzhou Shouqi Automobile Service to promote a proper resolution
