JINHUI HOLDINGS' subsidiary purchases the entire 25th floor of Yili Commercial Building for a total investment of 67.38 million

JINHUI HOLDINGS (00137.HK) announced that its indirect subsidiary "Yiyu Limited" has entered into an agreement with the seller "CHU KONG SHIP ENTERPRISE (GROUP)" whereby "Yiyu" will acquire the entire 25th floor property of the Yili Commercial Building located at 3 Connaught Road West, Hong Kong, for a total consideration of HKD 67.38 million.

According to the terms of the agreement, the buyer and seller will sign a formal agreement on or before October 13, and the transaction will be completed on or before December 12, 2025
