Beijing's insurance industry had a premium income of 257.5 billion yuan in the first seven months, a year-on-year increase of 7.07%

On September 29, the Beijing Financial Supervision Bureau released the operating conditions of the Beijing insurance industry for January to July 2025. The data shows that in the first seven months of this year, the original insurance premium income of the Beijing insurance industry reached 257.5 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.07% on a comparable basis. Among them, the original insurance premium income of property insurance was 36.8 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.23%; the original insurance premium income of life insurance was 220.7 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.11%. In the first seven months of this year, the original insurance claims expenditure of the Beijing insurance industry was 72.2 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 11.08%
