YUEYUN TRANS announced that Shen Jialong and Chen Chuxuan have resigned from their positions as directors of the eighth board of directors, effective from the date of the announcement. A special shareholders' meeting elected the new board members, with the ninth board of directors including executive directors Zhu Fang, Huang Wenban, Hu Xianhua, and Hu Jian; non-executive directors Yuan Dengping and Cai Fen; and independent non-executive directors Su Wujun, Huang Yuan, Zhang Xiangfa, and Mu Huihua, serving a term of 3 years
