NAMESON HLDGS: Sun Baoyuan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director
NAMESON HLDGS announced that Mr. Jian Songnian has resigned as an independent non-executive director, and Mr. Sun Baoyuan has been appointed as the new independent non-executive director and chairman of the remuneration committee, effective from the conclusion of the annual general meeting. Meanwhile, PricewaterhouseCoopers has resigned as the auditor, and KPMG has been appointed as the new auditor starting from September 29, 2025
According to the announcement from NAMESON HLDGS (01982), Mr. Jian Songnian has resigned as the company's independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as the chairman of the remuneration committee, as well as a member of the audit committee and nomination committee, effective from the conclusion of the annual general meeting; and
Mr. Sun Baoyuan has been appointed as the company's independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, and a member of the audit committee and nomination committee, effective from the conclusion of the annual general meeting.
PricewaterhouseCoopers has resigned as the company's auditor at the conclusion of the annual general meeting, and KPMG has been appointed as the company's auditor at the annual general meeting, effective from September 29, 2025
