C.BANNER (01028.HK) announced the termination of its toy retail business and the sale of all shares of Toy Kingdom to related party Glens Hill for a symbolic price of 1 yuan. Based on the net liabilities of Toy Kingdom, the estimated confirmed gain from the sale is approximately 6.5 million yuan
