Cities like Wuhan, Xi'an, Chongqing, Xiamen, and Changchun also saw month-on-month increases, maintaining their heat. The cumulative transaction volume in second- and third-tier cities was 7.59 million square meters, up 18% month-on-month but down 7% year-on-year.
