ELEPHANT HLDGS's wholly-owned subsidiary Guangdong Song Song has signed a lease agreement with the lessor to lease a property located in Shenzhen, with a lease term of three years, from September 30, 2025, to September 29, 2028. The property will serve as the office for Guangdong Song Song to support its operations, and the rent and other expenses will be paid from the group's internal resources and net proceeds
According to the announcement from ELEPHANT HLDGS (08635), on September 30, 2025, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Tianseong, entered into a lease agreement with the lessor regarding the leased property, with a lease term from September 30, 2025, to September 29, 2028, for a duration of three years.
It is reported that the property is located at Unit 1, 38th Floor, Huahai Financial Innovation Center, at the intersection of Menghai Avenue and Binhai Avenue, Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Cooperation Zone, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China.
Guangdong Tianseong entered into the lease agreement for the leased property to serve as its office to support its operations and those of Da Jinxiang. The rent and other expenses payable by Guangdong Tianseong under the lease agreement will be funded by the net proceeds and internal resources of the group
