According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on September 30, shareholders of XIMEI RESOURCES deposited shares into Futu Securities International Hong Kong, with a market value of HKD 122 million, accounting for 5.56%. Recently, XIMEI RESOURCES announced that all conditions set forth in the placement agreement have been met, and completion is scheduled for September 30, 2025. A total of 20 million placement shares, equivalent to approximately 5.56% of the total number of shares issued immediately prior to completion; and approximately 5.26% of the total number of shares issued after the placement shares are allotted and issued, have been successfully placed at a placement price of HKD 5.0 per share to no less than six subscribers in accordance with the terms of the placement agreement
