According to data jointly released by TONGCHENGTRAVEL and Baidu Maps on October 1st, cultural and tourism consumption on the first day of the National Day holiday saw a "good start," with a significant increase in visitor numbers at key scenic spots nationwide. The popularity of major museums remained high, and the interest in local and surrounding tourism in popular cities increased by over 100% compared to usual. The visitor index in core business districts rose by over 90% compared to normal times.
