180,000 square-foot property was redeveloped by Asana Partners in 2023 , /PRNewswire/ -- Asana Partners announced today the sale of The Krog District to 26th Street Partners. A signature collection of landmark properties adjacent to Atlanta's BeltLine Eastside Trail in Inman Park, the portfolio includes 73 Krog St. NE, 99 Krog St. NE (Krog Street Market), 112 Krog St. NE, 124 Krog St. NE, and 661 Auburn Ave. NE. The transaction closed September 25. Widely considered an Atlanta institution, The Krog District is home to a diverse mix of award-winning restaurants and retailers — including 8 new additions announced over the last year — as well as offices, residences, and community gathering spaces. The District draws heavily from the Trail as well as the densely populated, historic neighborhoods that surround it. Increasing square footage by over 70,000 square feet, the project was designed in partnership with the Inman Park Neighborhood Association and City of Atlanta Urban Design Commission to preserve the historic architecture of the community.
