American International Group announces executive personnel changes in North America

American International Group announced on October 3rd local time that Executive Vice President and CEO of North America Commercial Insurance Don Bailey will retire at the end of the year due to health reasons. At the same time, AIG announced a new management structure for North America: Allison Cooper and Barbara Luck have been promoted to Co-Presidents of North America Commercial Retail Business, and Lou Levinson will be promoted to President of North America Commercial Wholesale Business. This new leadership structure will take effect on January 1, 2026, and the aforementioned executives will report to the incoming AIG President John Neal
