FANTASIA (01777.HK) announced that significant progress has been made in the proposed offshore debt restructuring. As of October 3rd, creditors holding approximately 84.54% of the existing notes and approximately 77.33% of the total outstanding principal amount of existing debt instruments have officially signed or effectively joined the restructuring support agreement
