RELIANCE GLO HL expects to gain approximately HKD 18.6 million in other income from listed securities investments, which will have a significant impact on the half-year performance for 2025. This income includes approximately HKD 3.4 million from the sale of financial assets and about HKD 15.2 million in fair value gains, both benefiting from the recovery of the Hong Kong stock market
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Reliance Global Holdings (00723) announced that the group expects to achieve approximately HKD 18.6 million in other income from listed securities investments, which is expected to have a significant impact on the interim results for the six months ending September 30, 2025 (2025 interim period) compared to the same period last year.
This income mainly includes a net gain of approximately HKD 3.4 million from the sale of financial assets measured at fair value through profit or loss, as well as a net fair value gain of approximately HKD 15.2 million from financial assets measured at fair value through profit or loss, both of which have been positively influenced by the recent rebound in the Hong Kong stock market
