GBA DYNAMIC: Xie Jinhao appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director

GBA DYNAMIC announced that Ding Chuan'en resigned as an independent non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee on August 25, 2025. Xie Jinhao was appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, and a member of the remuneration committee and nomination committee, effective October 3, 2025. Wen Guanlun's position as an independent non-executive director was revoked on the same day. Chen Rongzhuo resigned as chairman of the nomination committee and a member of the remuneration committee, while Ouyang Peiji resigned as a member of the remuneration committee and nomination committee.
