
Energy sector ETFs fell over 1.3%, leading the decline among U.S. stock sector ETFs along with consumer discretionary ETFs
On Thursday, the energy sector ETF fell by 1.36%, while the consumer discretionary ETF, regional bank ETF, banking sector ETF, financial sector ETF, and global airline ETF dropped by up to 0.50%. The semiconductor ETF, global technology stock index ETF, healthcare ETF, and technology sector ETF declined by up to 0.25%, whereas the internet stock index ETF rose by 0.34%. Among the 11 sectors of the S&P 500 index, the materials, industrials, and energy sectors fell by 1.52% to 1.30%, while the information technology/technology and telecommunications sectors dropped by up to 0.07%
