The Nanjing University team has developed a chip for integrated storage and computing with the highest computational accuracy
On the 10th, reporters learned from Nanjing University that the research team at the Brain-like Intelligent Technology Research Center proposed a high-precision analog in-memory computing scheme, and based on this, developed an analog computing-in-memory chip based on complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor technology. Test data indicates that this chip has set a record for the highest precision in the field of analog in-memory computing. The related results were recently published in the international academic journal "Science Advances."
