Yunnan: Exploring micro-renovation, high efficiency, and sustainable urban renewal paths

The Yunnan Provincial Urban Work Conference was held in Kunming on the 11th. The meeting emphasized the need to focus on accelerating real estate development, addressing the new housing consumption demands in Yunnan Province, seizing opportunities, strengthening policy support, enhancing government-enterprise collaboration, innovating publicity and promotion, and precisely marketing supply to better meet the housing needs of those moving to Yunnan from outside the province, as well as the rigid and improvement housing demands within the province.
