The final ruling of the Zhejiang FEIDA ENVIRO arbitration case is expected to increase profits by 24.52 million

Zhejiang FEIDA ENVIRO Technology Co., Ltd. announced the progress of the arbitration case regarding the equity transfer payment dispute with Zhu Weimin. This arbitration was applied for in May 2018 and has gone through multiple rounds of rulings, applications for annulment, and reconsideration procedures. The final ruling in October 2025 requires Zhu Weimin to compensate FEIDA ENVIRO 25.1612 million yuan, while FEIDA ENVIRO will reimburse Zhu Weimin 200,000 yuan for legal fees, with both parties bearing the arbitration costs proportionally. As of the end of 2020, the company had accrued an estimated liability of 15.0326 million yuan. If the ruling is executed, it is expected to increase the current period's profit by 24.5205 million yuan, subject to the final audit results.
