GLOBAL NEW MAT (06616.HK) announced that from July to October this year, it purchased a total of 4.39 million shares of its subsidiary CQV. After the increase, the company's shareholding in CQV rose from 42.45% to 50.75%, which is an important pivot for the group's "materials + innovation + all-scenario" overseas expansion strategy
