On October 13th, EHang launched the new generation long-range unmanned passenger aircraft "VT35," with an official guide price of RMB 6.5 million in the Chinese market. This model is an upgraded and optimized composite wing electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft based on the VT30 prototype, primarily aimed at medium to long-distance transportation scenarios such as intercity, over-sea, and mountainous travel. The VT35 model has a maximum design range of approximately 200 kilometers, a maximum takeoff weight of 950 kilograms, a length of about 8 meters, a height of about 3 meters, and a wingspan of about 8 meters. The Civil Aviation Administration of China has accepted the type certification application for the VT35 unmanned passenger aircraft in March 2025, and the model is currently in the airworthiness certification stage
