RS MACALLINE appointed Zhu Jiagui as the company's deputy general manager
Red Star Macalline announced that Mr. Zhu Jiagui has been appointed as the company's deputy general manager, with a term until the end of the fifth board of directors. This appointment was made after Mr. Che Jianxing resigned as general manager. Mr. Che will transition to a non-executive director and continue to serve as a member of the nomination committee and the strategy and investment committee
According to the announcement from Red Star Macalline (01528), Mr. Che Jianxing has no longer held any daily management position in the company after his resignation as General Manager officially takes effect. Mr. Che has been transferred from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director, effective from October 13, 2025, with a term consistent with that of the fifth board of directors. Upon the expiration of his term, he may be re-elected. The company will enter into a new service contract with Mr. Che regarding his position as Non-Executive Director. Meanwhile, Mr. Che will continue to serve as a member of the company's Nomination Committee and Strategy and Investment Committee.
Based on the nomination by the company's General Manager and the recommendation of the Nomination Committee, a resolution was passed at the board meeting held on October 13, 2025, appointing Mr. Zhu Jiaguo as the company's Deputy General Manager, with a term from the date of the board's approval until the expiration of the fifth board of directors
