BROAD HOMES: Tan Xinming elected as chairman
BROAD HOMES announced that Tan Xinming was elected as the chairman of the fourth board of directors, Su Zijia, Peng Zhen, and Ding Huiming were appointed as members of the audit committee, compensation and assessment committee, and nomination committee respectively, with Ding Huiming serving as the chairman of the compensation and assessment committee, and Peng Zhen as the chairman of the nomination committee. Shen Dan was appointed as the general manager, with a term until the establishment of the fifth board of directors and the appointment of new management personnel
According to the announcement from BROAD HOMES (02163), at the second meeting of the fourth board of directors, Mr. Tan Xinming was elected as the chairman of the fourth board of directors. Mr. Su Zijia, Mr. Peng Zhen, and Mr. Ding Huiming were elected as members of the board's audit committee, with Mr. Su Zijia serving as the chairman. Mr. Ding Huiming, Mr. Peng Zhen, and Mr. Shen Dan were elected as members of the board's remuneration and assessment committee, with Mr. Ding Huiming serving as the chairman.
