Rio Tinto raises full-year bauxite production guidance
On October 14th, Rio Tinto announced its production results for the third quarter of 2025. In terms of iron ore business, Pilbara iron ore shipments in the third quarter reached 84.3 million tons, the second highest level since 2019, with a quarter-on-quarter increase of 6%. As part of the iron ore capacity replacement strategy, the West Angelas project has received all government approvals in October. In the aluminum business, the annual bauxite production guidance has been raised from 57-59 million tons to 59-61 million tons
