Jetsen announced that the company's controlling shareholder Xu Ziquan and shareholder Su Xing have collectively transferred 133 million unrestricted circulating shares to Hesheng Wealth through a transfer agreement. The transfer registration procedures were completed on October 13, 2025, and Hesheng Wealth has become a shareholder holding 5.00% of the company's shares. Mr. Xu Ziquan's shareholding ratio has decreased from 19.02% to 14.26%, and Mr. Su Xing's shareholding ratio has decreased to 0.00%. Hesheng Wealth has committed not to reduce its holdings of the transferred shares within 12 months after the completion of the transfer agreement.
