
Haixin Energy-Tech's holding subsidiary has been approved for pilot exports of bio-aviation fuel

Haixin Energy-Tech's subsidiary Shandong Sanju Bioenergy Co., Ltd. recently received approval from four ministries to carry out pilot exports of bio-aviation fuel. Shandong Sanju can produce 158,000 tons of bio-aviation fuel annually and can apply for an export license based on the actual production volume in 2025
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Haixin Energy-Tech (300072.SZ) announced that its controlling subsidiary, Shandong Sanju Bioenergy Co., Ltd. (the company holds 84.62% of its shares, referred to as "Shandong Sanju"), recently obtained approval from four ministries: the Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Customs, the National Energy Administration, and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, to conduct a pilot program for the export of bio-aviation fuel under the "white list" in Rizhao City, Shandong Province (Commercial Trade Letter [2025] No. 619).
It has been confirmed that Shandong Sanju can produce 158,000 tons of bio-aviation fuel annually under maximum production conditions, and is allowed to apply for the 2025 bio-aviation fuel (27101911) export license based on its actual bio-aviation fuel production within its approved capacity range in 2025
