Otis: Completed the acquisition of 100% equity in Otis Electromechanical
On October 16th, Otis announced that, based on strategic planning and business development needs, the company reached an agreement with minority shareholders of Otis Elevator (China) Co., Ltd. to complete the acquisition of their equity in Otis Elevator (China). As a result, Otis Elevator (China) has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Otis Elevator Investment Co., Ltd
