JD.com trial cancels penalties for delivery riders exceeding time limits, implemented in 25 cities nationwide
Recently, JD.com announced that it has piloted the cancellation of late delivery fines for riders in 25 cities across the country, including Shenzhen, Nanjing, Harbin, and Wuhan, and instead implemented a "service score" management mechanism. According to the pilot rules, if a rider experiences a late delivery, cash will no longer be directly deducted; instead, corresponding service scores will be deducted based on the time interval of the delay, promoting a shift in management from punitive constraints to positive incentives
