HASCO: Completed the acquisition of 49% equity in Qingtao Energy

HASCO announced that it has completed the acquisition of a 49% stake in Shanghai SAIC Qingtao Energy Technology Co., Ltd. held by its controlling shareholder SAIC Group, with a transaction price of 206 million RMB. Qingtao Energy has now been renamed Qingtao Power and has completed the registration of industrial and commercial changes. HASCO and Qingtao Energy Development Group Co., Ltd. hold 49% and 51% stakes in Qingtao Power, respectively
