HSBC Holdings (00005.HK) announced that it will hold a committee meeting under the board of directors on October 28 to review the performance for the third quarter of 2025 and whether to declare the third dividend for ordinary shares in 2025.

Pending approval and confirmation by the board meeting, the dividend will be distributed on December 18 to shareholders registered in the UK main shareholder register, the Hong Kong overseas shareholder register, or the Bermuda overseas shareholder register as of November 7, as well as to holders of American Depositary Shares in New York
