KANGDA ENV's subsidiary entered into a financing lease and related documents with Guangdong Green Finance Leasing
KANGDA ENV announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Weifang KANGDA Environmental Water Co., Ltd. has signed a financing lease agreement with Guangdong Green Finance Leasing Co., Ltd. The lessor agrees to acquire the ownership of the assets for RMB 50 million and lease it back to the lessee for a period of 72 months. The leased assets include sewage treatment equipment and facilities located in Weifang City, Shandong Province
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, KANGDA ENV (06136) announced that on October 16, 2025, the lessee Weifang KANGDA Environmental Water Co., Ltd. (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a financing lease and accompanying documents with the lessor Guangdong Green Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. Under this agreement, the lessor agrees to acquire ownership of the assets for a total price of RMB 50 million and lease them back to the lessee for use and possession, with a term of 72 months (starting from the date of payment of the aforementioned price).
The assets include sewage treatment equipment and facilities located in Weifang City, Shandong Province, China
