The contracted sales for September 2025 were 2.39 billion yuan, with a sold floor area of about 297,800 square meters and an average price of approximately 8,000 yuan per square meter
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SINO-OCEAN GP (03377) announced that the company's contracted sales amount, along with its subsidiaries, joint ventures, and associates, is approximately RMB 2.39 billion for September 2025; the contracted sales floor area is approximately 297,800 square meters; and the average contracted sales price is about RMB 8,000 per square meter.
