GCL TECH's photovoltaic materials business has turned a profit, earning 960 million yuan last season
GCL TECH (03800.HK) announced that for the three months ending in September, the profit from its photovoltaic materials business was approximately RMB 960 million (which includes a post-tax gain of RMB 640 million from the sale of an associate), compared to a loss of RMB 1.81 billion in the same period last year, achieving a turnaround to profitability.
During the quarter, the adjusted EBITDA for the photovoltaic materials business was approximately RMB 1.41 billion, while the adjusted LBITDA in the same period last year was approximately RMB 571 million
