Wanda Hotels completes the sale of its hotel services business, expected to pay a special dividend on the 19th of next month

Wanda Hotels (00169.HK) announced that all prerequisites have been met, and it completed the sale of all equity in Wanda Hotel Management (Hong Kong), which engages in hotel services in mainland China, to TONGCHENGTRAVEL (00780.HK) yesterday (16th). After considering the completion date of the sale, this special dividend will be distributed on November 19th to shareholders listed on the company's shareholder register as of November 5th
