SWIREPROPERTIES: The structure of the eight buildings at Beijing Swire Plaza has been topped out, and phased opening is expected by the end of next year
SWIREPROPERTIES (01972.HK) announced that the structure of all eight buildings in the Taikoo Place Beijing mixed-use development project has been topped out. The project has a total floor area of over 860,000 square meters, integrating business and diverse lifestyle functions, including eight Grade A office buildings, a high-end shopping mall, and a brand new EAST hotel.
The group stated that the construction of the project is progressing steadily as planned, with the curtain wall installation for buildings 1 to 4 already completed. The project is scheduled to open in phases starting at the end of 2026
