Zhongyuan Real Estate stated that its branch recently facilitated a leasing transaction for a unit at Hoi Fung Court in Quarry Bay. The unit is a high-level A room with a usable area of 365 square feet, featuring a 1-bedroom layout, facing south, with views of the building and mountains. It is currently rented out for HKD 18,000, averaging HKD 49.3 per usable square foot.
It is understood that the new tenant is a foreign national who favored the unit due to its proximity to the MTR station and large shopping malls. After viewing, they found it suitable and decided to lease it. The owner purchased the unit for HKD 7.25 million in 2020 and has held it for 5 years, enjoying an approximate 3% rental return from this lease
