
Australia makes final ruling on the third sunset review of anti-dumping and countervailing duties on aluminum profiles from China
On October 16, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission released notice No. 2025/096, stating that the Australian Minister for Industry and Science approved the Anti-Dumping Commission's recommendations for the third anti-dumping and countervailing sunset review on aluminum profiles imported from China. It was decided to continue implementing anti-dumping and countervailing measures on the products involved from China starting October 29, 2025, with tax rates ranging from 0.8% to 29.4%. Among them, the rate for the exporter Guomei Metal Co., Ltd. is 5.6%, for Guangdong Jinxiecheng Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. is 0.8%, for Foshan Aomei Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. is 18.1%, for Guangdong XINGFA ALUM Co., Ltd. is 4.5%, for non-sampled exporters participating in the investigation is 1.7%, and for uncooperative, non-cooperative, and other Chinese exporters is 29.4%
