
Samsung showcases three-fold phone at APEC summit, global debut of "dual-hinge" tablet phone

Samsung Electronics will launch its first foldable smartphone with a dual-hinge design later this month during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit, which can be used as a smartphone and unfolded into a tablet. The product will make its debut at the Korea Advanced Technology Exhibition and is expected to be fully launched in 2025. Samsung hopes to take this opportunity to enhance its international reputation and solidify its leadership in the foldable device sector.
