RSUN PPT extends the fee term for the early and basic restructuring support agreement

RSUN PPT (01996.HK) announced that due to certain creditors needing additional time to complete their internal procedures for joining the restructuring support agreement, the company has exercised its discretion to further extend the deadline for the restructuring support agreement fees from today (17th) at 5 PM to November 14th at 5 PM, and the deadline for the basic restructuring support agreement fees from this month 31st at 5 PM to November 28th at 5 PM.
